Name of company/service: HDFC two wheeler loan
Dear Sir,
I have taken HDFC 2 wheeler loan in Aug 2011, and agreed for the payment through ECS and given some cheque for the payment.
Issues started bank has present 1st cheque 3 times even after making cash payment.
and my ECS is committed for the 5th of every month but its getting presented some time in 7th or 8th or 11th and getting bounced due to same reason.
After this issue Bank person sandeep committed me reversal of bouncing charges because the mistake is of bank. and due to this continuous issue i selected to foreclosed the loan, but Mr. Sandeep Ph.: 9136245322 committed me the waver on the loan because i am making one short payment
But this bank is maintain the book as loss to the bank and i am not eligible for the new loans.
