HDFC CREDIT CARD HAS DRAWN MY MONEY RS 45.5K UNAUTHORISEDLY

Name of company/service: HDFC CREDIT CARD

Rs. 45.5k has been withdrawn by hdfc credit card from my saving a/c in hdfc bank.
no response to return my money .

legal assistance is required from ministry of finance.
