Hi! I Bhuwan chandra Bhatt S/O H.D Bhatt is working in BRIJ DESIGNS Plot no 759, Phase V, Udyog Vihar Gurgoan Haryana as General manager operations. last month we opened salary accounts in HDFC bank. I have received a notice on 17th june 2012 from HDFC bank that they are putting hold on my salary accounts funds because of the irregular payment of some unknown credit card (1341000061428)which does not belongs to me.I am classic customer of HDFC bank since 15 long years.My Classic account no is 1341000061428 which is in Defence Colony New Delhi.I told HDFC bank that the said credit card 4346781012014437 doesn’t belongs to me please check my details with my classic accounts.I wrote many mail to the concern department and my personal banker. Still they have not removed hold from my funds.
I would like ask to HDFC bank that since last 15 years I am having account with them , then why are they putting hold now??? moreover they never called up me for the said irregular payment.Call details can be checked.
Kindly look in to this and do needful to remove hold from my funds.
