HDFC bank charging exorbitant charges for services not delivered

Respected sir,

i hava an savings Account in HDFC bank (Anil Parmar — A/C no 00671000053979 ) .

i have not received the regular Account statement from 1-4-2010 to 3-10-2010 which they send by post.

When i asked it at the bank, they said that they will send it again but will charge huge amount for the service (which is free of cost at other bank and even have a Passbook which is not provided by HDFC.
