Reference to above I would like to state the problem arise due to Credit card.
Sir, as soon as I receive my Credit Card a get a call for sale of HDFC Agro Life Inusrance Policy, all type of exception of police was done over phone after a month or two over phone I have cancelled the policy, but till now this was not cancelled, now today I have received a letter dated 04.02.13 stating that an amount of Rs.20398.77 is being hold from my Saving Account at HDFC due to non payment of policy premium. Relating to this problem I have talked many of the officers but no solution meant to my, only phone numbers were exchanged from them saying my junior who is looking after will seen on your matter. I request you that now I am not in the position to carry this & I required my hold money back. Sir I request you please look into the matter seriously & I help me out.
