I have purchased a laptop from HCL on 13/7/2010 after two months the laptop started giving me trouble i have also contacted to the HCL service center they have done it for the first time soon i have started facing problem with its motherboard,webcam and DVD writer this time they replaced the DVD writer and webcam and motherboard but soon they found that the motherboard placed is of different model and that ruined my 4 to 5 pendrives then i have again given complain since that time the problem is still persisting i have done everything on there words i have extended the laptop warranty then also they given me only battery not the motherboard and i am still running to there service centers from aurangabad to pune but didn’t got the service which is required.
