Have not yet received my deposit money from vodafone

Name of company/service: Vodafone – Telecom

My mobile number 9823951237 was earlier on vodafone network, even after complaining about my problems they did not solve it, so ported my number to Airtel. I had paid a sum of Rs.250 as deposit money for my postpaid connection with vodafone. I was told that after 45 days i will be getting my deposit money refunded. I had ported my number on 1st March’2012, its been more than 100 days but i still have not received my money. I went to vasai vodafone store, there nobody gives response, i tried calling their nodal officer, but nobody is attending the call. I had gone to vasai vodafone store three times but to no avail. i had to come back after waiting there for 3 to 4 hours. Kindly help in getting my money back.
