Name of company/service: Hathway Internet Services
It has been close to two months that I have requested for disconnecting the net connection and settle my bill accordingly.In spite of handing over the modem and adapter atleast one and half month ago to the Hathway executive and more than 5 customer care calls about disconnection,it is extremely disappointing to see such poor service from an esteemed service provider like Hathway
It is disheartened to mention that I still receive multiple reminders on bill payment and the bill seems to pop up the cumulative bill of two months.
Hope they wake up atleast now!!
