I am Neeraj Meghran having shop in Harsha City Mall, Shakti Khand2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P., I am having shop on first floor and from last seven years builder placed a escalator and we are using it however it does not work (remembered its worked one or two times only from beginning), now builder says that its not in map and builder to take completion certificate and now he is selling this and there will not be any new escalator/stairs. So I feel like cheated by builder, I don’t know how to and what to proceed against builder.
