Name of company/service: AIRCEL

I am a customer of Aircel(+919808417045) since past two years(approximate). From last one year i am suffering from signal problem and i complained it to your Agra office several times. But all was in vain there was no action taken by anybody regarding this matter. Now i want to port my number and trying for it from past two months. I applied for unique porting number on different dates which are as under :-

Every time my application was rejected at AIRCEL. I applied it again today(16/7/11) with porting number “DW221824” to join UNINOR. A message regarding this was sent to AIRCEL in my presence. When i reached to Aircel office at Agra on the same day they told me that it’s not so easy to port from Aircel, we will request to our higher office in favor to you. I am unable to understand why my application is rejected without any reason and information to me. I am living at Mathura and there is no office of Aircel in this city, so when ever i need any information i have to visit Agra office of Aircel.

I am in a need of serious help from you regarding this.
