I am using Tata Photon Plus 9212582406 from 26/10/2010. Last month my billing plan was changed without my consent. When I protested in writing, I was told nothing could be done about it. Disgusted, I instructed for deactivation on 01/07/2012 & 07/07/2012, for which I received confirmation mail on 08/07/2012 that my billing would stop on 12/07/2012. However, till today, my number has not been deactivated. I have sent all instruction through my officially registered e-mail id. I have even lodged complaint with appellate authority but to no avail. I advice all consumers strongly against buying any product of Tata Photon. They change your plan without your consent and then force you to use their connection. I am fully determined to make an example of this unethical company, so that it will not try to harrass other customers in future.
