I G.santosh holding a credit card from Kotak bank due to financial crises and no job couldn’t make a payment I requested customer care regarding settlement whereas bank collect agent Mr. Sachin and Manager was talking rudely and His manager asked his executive to go home and screw the customer happiness and collect the payment
