Myself Emadul Siddiqui, had taken credit card from Kotak Mahindra Bank in 2016. I used the limit of 41000. Due to some reasons i wasnt able to pay the amount. In October 2016, when I was abroad, an executive from kotak msgd me on my whatsapp saying that payments are pending and u can pay in emi. From October 2016 to August 2017, i hav paid them 39,650 approx. The executive told me that i dont need to pay anymore. So i started asking for closing letter. He blocked my no. So i thought matter is closed now. But ever since then, the bank denies to accept that I have paid 39000 inr and asking me to pay 43000 again. Since 2 years they have been harassing me mentally by calling and saying we will bring cops to arrest you. They have even started to call my father to threaten him. My account details are mentioned below. Please help me out in this situation. I am ready to pay the balance amount of Rs. 4000 approx.
