I purchased Micromax Q-35 mobile from HomeShop18.com, which was delivered to me in 2nd week of May 2012. The product was not functioning well and i was advised to consult Service Center. I went their thrice and was told the software/os contains bug and it’s a manufacturing defect which cannot be rectified.
I insisted HomeShop to replace my product which they denied to do. After series of communication in a month’s time, i was advised to send it back to HO of HomeShop18 in Noida on 6th June 2012 by DTDC courier from Kanpur, which they got on 7th, and then i was committed that the fresh mobile will be delivered to me by 16th June, 2012.
I was in continuous touch with their executives and got an update on 13th June, 2012 that the product was being delivered to me; but i refused to take its delivery on 12th June, which was completely wrong as nobody contacted me for delivery. I was again committed that by 16th, it will be delivered to me again.
When i did not get it by 18th June, i again contacted them and was updated that it had already being delivered to me on 17th June; which is not true. I did not receive any product from them.
When i am trying to figure out who had taken the product, they have refused to give me the courier details and are saying that we’ll advise you further about its delivery.
I am feeling that HomeShop is trying to cheat me as every executive is giving me false information.
