Harrasment by Credit Card Department

Name of company/service: Standard Charted bank

I want to log a complaint against Standard Charted Bank ( Credit Card Dept)As i am having one policy with Royal Sundaram against my credit card no.5546232907090970 & pol no 9356500809873912 i got a cal from bank for renewal of policy & i refuse to do so but they renewd my policy on the same card and i have one more add on card of same bank i.e 5543759880079334 & when i make payment of this card they adjust the same as policy premium without any information to me and my amount of add on card remains the same and bank charge high rate of interest on outstanding amount,this makes the payment of Rs 26226.00 but by mutual understanding with bank i agreed to pay Rs 18500.00 some by cash and some by postdated cheques according to bank requirement and bank also provided me Settlement letter for the same dated 11/02/12 but still they are caling me to make settlement and employees of bank speaks in a very unprofessional manner. So in this regard i request u to take strict action against them and i want bank should compensate for this harrasment. Kindly do the needful.
