Dear Sir/ Madam,
This complaint pertains to the issue which is going on since April 2012.
On 4th April 2012, I issued a cheque no 253024, Bank Name: – Bank of Baroda, Branch: – Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, Amount: – Rs.495/- to Airtel for my regular bill generated by them.
On 17th of April 2012, I received a letter from Airtel stating ” Your cheque is dishounered by your bank”.
I repeatedly asked them for the proof of the same as my banker said they didn’t receive any cheque during the period issued by us to Airtel.
I have written many complaints to Airtel regarding the same, but neither they have provided us any proof nor the solution for the same. Adding more to this now they have dissconnected our services, this is causing lot of inconvenice to us.
Therefore, I request you to look into the matter and assist.
