Name of company/service: Flipkart and Zync CC and

I had ordered 2 Zync Tablets from Flipkart.
To my surprise one day when i was playing game on one of my Tablet i found out that there are white spots inside the display. and also some other software issues.
When i called Flipkart customer care, they asked me to visit Zinc service center. At the service center these people first of all were not aware of the process of how can the instrument be changed and replied me saying that they have sent an email to zinc and are waiting for an revert.
now its more than 10 days that i am waiting for an revert.
request you to please help me in getting me a replacement or Return cash.
