Harrashing in providing consumer no for HP Gas connection

Name of company/service: M/s.PRINCE GAS SERVICE,BISSAM CUTTACK

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that,I had deposited Rs.2650/- on Dt.06/08/2011 at the above dealer point and since then I have not received my consumer no till date.On approaching the agency they are saying Mr.Sakil(9438503411) will deal and Mr. Sakil is always absconding and never could be contacted. Could you help me in this regard.
