My name is Rajnish kohli…holder of MTS data card purchased from croma,(near M2K rohini),last month..

My MTS no is 9136917952..

from the very 1st day of using the nts data card i m having downloading speed problem which havent been solved yet..
MTS mention to give a downloading speed upto 3mbps.. but i m gettn a speed of only 3 kbps..smtimes 30 to 40kbps only..
accrding to rule downloading speed is 1/3
of total speed.. here it should be about
1mbps but m getting only 30 to 40 kbps at night and at day i get only 2bytes p/s…i am really pissed off..
the CROMA salesman said that MTS has best speed so i purchased it..
but now even him not attending me..
i have called the MTS about 30 to 40 time…

everytime they say your complaint has been taken and it will be solved by the date they give to me..
but till today i have not recieved a single call from them..
i am really annoyed and harrassed by MTS..

this is my current comlaint no, rest i dont hav because i delete them when they give me a new no..

m really unhappy with MTS and Croma staff…I v wasted a lot of time in going to croma and calling MTS customer care. they do nothing… I am being harrased from the past 20 days…:(
