I am R.Sundar, a vodafone customer, mobile number (9833111713).
I have Paid bill of may 2012 by chq amount of RS 643.06 thru skypack from Thana, .
My complaint is, why am I supposed to give the documents all over again when I submitted the completed documents on Saturday 9th June 2012.
After the payment, it is Vodafone Store’s responsibility to do the needful updation, then why should i call and confirm each and every thing & everytime?
I want to file this complaint against Vodafone.Kindly do the need ful
