I had taken the Photon services in the year 2009 December. After using the tata photon i sent a request for full and finalment. I paid the balance bill and acquired a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE as well. Since then, the call centers continue calling me to pay an amounted bill. I have told them several times that the bill has been settled. Now I am getting harassment calls for legal action. I do not understand what kind of service these guys are running. I have a copy of settled bill and still am being harassed.
