I used to work with IMRB International and my accumulated PF with them was little more than 2 lakhs. On changing the job to Star Entertainment Media Pvt. Ltd. (SEMPL) I had submitted the transfer request and as per my previous employer (IMRB) they have already transferred the fund to my new account at SEMPL. This was done on 30th November 2011. I have been acknowledged by IMRB that their cheque has cleared to my new account.
Now I want to withdraw the PF amount from my new account as I have left my job with SEMPL. Since April 2012, I have been trying to withdraw my funds but SEMPL is unable to confirm whether the transfer has happened or not and hence they are saying that they cannot do the withdrawal procedure.
This has been test of my patience and I am feeling cheated as I am unable to get my own money inspite of repeated follow ups.
Would appreciate if any step is taken so that the process is expedited and I can get my own money as soon as possible.
For your information the transfer needs to be done from MH/3966/50406 to MH/48452/283.
