Harassment from recovery officers

This is regarding my stancy credit card, which I was using 4 years back. Recently, I have been getting calls from your recovery/ collection team for payment of overdues. But, Whenever asked to provide statements or outstanding details, nobody use to provide information. I have been always told to clear my overdues, approx to the tune of Rs. 7000, without giving me any transaction details or statement.

As far I know, I have been using 6 credit cards from all well known banks and not even once a penny has been overdrawn or kept unpaid. Even after requesting numerous times nobody provide details like card no or statement for overdues.
