Name of company/service: Connect Infotel
I paid an amount of Rs. 1060 on 16 MAY 2012 on the name of JATINDER KUMAR S/o MAKHAN LAL SINGLA on FORM No.2245592 for an internet connection. After 4 weeks till now no connection was being installed and now they say that your connection cannot be installed. They are not refunding my money.
Actually we were having CONNECT landline connection in 2006 on the name of MAKHAN LAL SINGLA. They say that we have an outstanding amount so the money has been adjusted in that amount.
According to me we cleared all our bills as i don’t have an copy of that as it 6 years back.
So kindly help me on this.
