i purchase a hero glamour byke from sri krishna automobiles on 18/02/2013.i went to sri krishna for free servicing but they told me for free servicing customer have to come and deposite byke at 7am.i am working on a call centre so it is not possible to go there before 11am.they will not take advance booking for warranty case but if byk is out of warranty then they take advance booking over the phone and physically also.i want they take my bye on 11am and give me on same day.
