Harassment for delivery the car

I am a working woman,working in BSNL and wish to buying a car skoda fabia elegance 1.2MPI petrol booking on 12/03/2012 and deposit 50,000/- advance with the delivery of 45 days confirmed.Till to date they are neither delivery my car nor bothered to answer me the reason to delay delivery. Several times my husband contact to Kolkata showroom,over phone contact to secretary to M D and regional manager but nobody answered me properly, what is the actual problem behind the delivery of my car.Finally I am helpless and no alternative to write you and hope please en quire into the matter and do the needful.
