Name of company/service: Times of India Reader’s Offer
I purchased a “Multipurpose Laptop Table” from “The Times of India Reader’s Offer” vide order No. 3001124995 dt 14.05.12 and the item received on 21.05.12. On opening, the table top was found broken into two pieces and other fitments were scattered. I lodged a complaint vide complaint No. 235512 and got assured by them to replace it within a week.
Thereafter getting no response on repeated calling for 6 times, I only got assurance in same parrot-like versions but nothing fruitful happened. Finally on 9th June the telecaller got me connected to their superior Ms. Anjana Khurana who also apologized and asked me for 24 more hours to redress.
About a month have been passed after getting the product, no action has yet been taken by them.
I am very sad very sad to be a victim of their deception scheme. You are requested to do the needful and help me out.
