Harassment by ICICI Bank Rohini Branch Delhi

My complaint is against ICICI bank – Rohini Branch. Phone No +918285146626 & +918285146637 from these no Mr. Mayank Kumar & Shalini called me in last week & told me that my name was used by Mr. A.K Chatterjee in his personal loan as a reference & now he is not paying his EMI. In this place I want to inform that Mr. Ak Chatterjee lives in Delhi & I am from Kolkata They are unable to contact with Mr. A.K Chatterjee & contact me for his where about. I asked them a proof that Mr. A.K Chatterjee used my name as a reference. But when they were unable to provide, I told that without any proof I can’t help you. After that they repeatedly called me & used so many slang language & they did misbehave continuously in last few days. After asking they provide me his Loan no & all the details. By using my source I came to know that Mr. A.K Chatterjee not used my name in his loan application (I have proof with me). I want a proof in written from where they get my no & how they connect my name with Mr. A.K Chatterjee & also I want compensations for my harassments in from bank.
