Harassment by company by deactivating the mobile number

My Name is Anil Sharma and I am a permanent resident of India. I had been using a prepaid number (7206872606) of Tata Docomo in Haryana State of Inda Since May 2011. My permanent residence is in Shimla Himachal Pradesh. I got issued this number on my Voter ID Card of Himachal Pradesh. After some time I converted this number into postpaid by company Name. But due to network problem I asked the service provider to convert it into prepaid on my name. For this they asked my address proof and ID Proof. I submitted all these documents on 14th may 2012. But after two days i got an sms that my documents have not been submitted. I again submitted the documents twice on dated 18th, 25th May 2012 respectively. But every time I was being told that your documents are not submitted. On 6th June suddenly my number stopped working and on 8th June I again submitted the documents. still they didn’t activate my number and my number got permanently disconnected. After repeated communication I they didn’t responded & refused to reactivate the number and now I have incurred a huge loss due to this.

So request you to take necessary action against service provider.
