Name of company/service: airtel borad band
I was a user of Airtel broadband connection for which land line no is 02241231446.
Airtel recovery agents are harassing me for payment despite the fact that i have paid full and final settlement and connection has been closed.
Since I was not happy with the airtel broadband i decided to close the connection and requested to customer care for the same and same has been done by 26 may 2011.Afte that I have made full and final settlement of Rs. 1874 on 06 June 2011.After that I have again received a bill of Rs.846 for the period after disconnection.I have lodged the comlain for this extra money on 29 June for which Service Request no is -1056596 and the customer care representative said to me that since this has been charged after disconnection airtel will waive this amount and the request has been sent for processing and I do’nt have to pay anything.
After that I have received call from recovery agents for payment on that i told them that no amound is due from my end and given him my SR No.
Now after 5 Months later I got a call today(16 Nov 2011) for payment and if not paid Airtel will send me a legal notice regarding this payment from thishazari court(Delhi).
after that i had again talked with customer care and also visited airtel relationship center,Mulund(w) and they also confirmed that i do’nt have to pay anything and somebody from airtel will call me to confirm this.I asked them to give this statement in written but they refused and asked me to write to [email protected] for written confirmation after that i have written a mail regarding this problem to [email protected] but does’nt get any response.
again in the afternoon i have received another call same threatining for legal action.
NOW I DO’NT KNOW WHAT TO DO.
