Harassment and wrong charges levied

Respected Sir,
I have purchased an Air-conditioner from M/s Vijay Sales, Janakpuri of Llyod Brand. Due to sub-standard workmanship by the representative or manufacturer, I was put to inconvenience and forced to pay Rs.1800/-.
I am giving below the full details and mail exchanged with the company. Despite repeated request, the manufacturer is not responding and refunding the amount taken from me.
You are kindly requested to do the needful and direct the manufacturer company to compensate for faulty services and wrong charges taken.

Reference my earlier mail dated 15.05.2012 for refund of wrong charge of Rs.1800/-
for gas refilling needed due to sub standard workmanship by the local service provider.
Till date, neither the money is refunded to me nor any reply to my complaint is received.
Therefore, I once again request to immediately refund the amount of Rs.1800/- wrongly
charged.
If no refund is received within a week from today, I shall report the matter to appropriate
Govt. / consumer protection authorities for remedial action.

The representative of local service provider came on 11.05.2012 and carried out the job
and charged Rs.1800/-. He also informed that charges are as per advice from company.
As the summer season is on peak, I had no option but to pay and get the job done.
However, I would like to mention that the AC purchased from M/s Vijay Sales was installed by
the company authorised service provider and the first service this year in the month of April,2012
was also done by the company authorised service provider. I am in no way responsible for the
fault occured and therefore charging Rs.1800/- to me for no fault on my part is grossly wrong
and unethical.
In the circumstances , it is requested that the amount of Rs.1800/- charged from me for the
sub-standard workmanship by the service provider should be immediately refunded to me.

Yesterday I received message on my mobile from fromTD-LEELSV
with complaint Id LEEL09051296499 stating that for asssistance to fix the problem,
I was needed to call the local service provider on his mobile no. 9911550096.
As suggested, I have called on the given no. for at least 10 times but no response is
given by the local service provider either for fixing the problem nor any representative
visited to carry out the job.
I therefore, once again request to give suitable instructions to the service provider
to immediately attend the call.

Dear Sir,
As per my request, the AC was serviced around 20.04.2012.
However, after service the AC was giving foul smell and therefore
we have lodged complaint on 06.05.2012 vide complaint no.06051292468.
Today the man came to attend the complaint and after examining the machine,
he told that due to some tightening of valve / nut, the coolant gas has leaked.
He said that to fill the gas again, Rs.2500/- will be charged. We told him that
it has happened since the service was done three weeks ago and therefore it is
due to the fault of the man who has done service and no charges should be levied to
us.
He said that Company has terminated the services of previous agency and they
cannot repair the AC free of charge for the mistake committed by previous agency.
He also said that he will discuss the matter with his superiors and left without
fixing the problem.
In the circumstances, I request that necessary instructions be given to the servicing
agency to do the needful urgently.

I have bought one split AC from M/s Vijay Sales, Delhi vide Invoice No.
73-DJK05-11SO 3 on 01-05-2011.
The model No.of AC is FLS19A5G (5Star) 1.5T SPL-SET
I have registered request for free maintenance service on 07-04-2012
and registration no. is 07041259410. It was told that request will be
attended in 24 hrs.
However, nobody has come to attend the call for service till today evening.
I have been reminding to the concerned officials at toll free no. as well as on
nos. given (mentioned hereunder) by the customer care executive:-

Despite repeated assurances, the request remains attended.
It is requested that concerned officials may be instructed to
IMMEDIATELY ATTEND THE CALL FOR SERVICE
to avoid further delay and harassment to the
customer who has shown faith in the product of a well reputed organisation with
long history of quality products.
