Harassment and ridiculous service of

I made an online purchase of books from on 16.07.2012 vide my debit card for Rs. 294/-. The same got debited twice from my a/c erroneously . I received a mail from flipkart stating that one amount of Rs. 294/- will be reversed into my bank a/c by 27.07.2012. Till date i have not received the amount. I have been correspondin with them constantly and they are giving me all sorts of excuses stating that their payment portal ahs reversed the amount on 18.07.2012. I have sent flipkart my bank statement till the end of july as well to confirm that the payment reversal amoun t has not been receivedd in my a/c till now. Still flipkart is taking this so casually that i am apalled. I am feeling harassed at this tupe of ridiculous service flaws. I am working as Branch operations manager at DCB Bank and had made the payment vide my salary a/c . Please do the needful
