Harassment and mental torture in service provision

Location/place: Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi

Name of company/service: Hitachi Air Conditioners

Sir,
I had complained to Hitachi service providers ( Telephone Number 079353248488) about no cooling of my Hitachi window AC Model VI series fixed in my office room in Jawaharlal Nehru University ( JNU) , New Delhi.
The call number given to me was 12060702777.
The following is the history of the calls that I made to get some help/attention/ service from the Service providers.
Call 1. March 29, 2012 for service as there was no cooling when the AC was put on.

Call 2. April 23, 2012. No visit given.
Call 3 June 7, 2012 visit given with promise that the AC will be taken the next day. I waited the whole day on the specified date but no one came or telephoned. I called in the evening and they said we cannot come today.
Call 4, July 3, 2012 I reminded the local service centre assigned to me and called Hitachi Service too. No reprieve and no visit
Call 5, July 4, 2012 Two calls made. No visit given.
Call 6, July 16, 2012. No visit given. Only promise once again.
Sir as you know the last two months have been one of the hottest in Delhi in recent years. I am 65 years old and going to retire from JNU on July 31, 2012. I had to complete a lot of work in my office and supervise many research students to complete their work. Working in a east facing room with direct heating from the sun for 6 hours in the morning has been a torture.I do not know why I spent all this money on the AC and the calls.
I had to make these unheeded calls, bear the mental tension and irritation which has been very torturous for me. The local Service providers PARTH SRVICE D-370 CHIRAG DELHI NEW DELHI 110017 mostly do not pick up the phone , are rude if you can catch them and most inefficient.
Sir in all these 65 years I have not been to a consumer court but I am really harassed this time. I need to be compensated.
Sir I would like you to intervene and I would like to be compensated for this torture.
