I have taken a reliance landline connection since a long time. Always there representative would come and take the payments. I regularly paid the dues on time. There were some mistakes in the bill so i asked the reliance representative to clear those and the payment was made. Once he clarified the mistake, but from then the mistakes were made regularly. Than on one day the service was disconnected. We called Mr. Kamar who regularly use to take the payment, he said us to meet Mr Saravanan at reliance communications office. We went to the office of reliance communications, keshvapur, Hubli, we conveyed him the mistake made from the company in its billing. Mr Saravanan attended the problem. He took few days and rectified the mistake. Than as i earlier mentioned the mistake were made regularly, and for which i had to visit reliance communications 10-15 times. From more than 4 months i asked Mr Saravanan to disconnect the services and refund the deposit as well as the instrument charge. Than i asked Mr Saravanan that the mistakes are been made regularly by the company, for which he did a one time settlement and said that the mistakes will not occur henceforth. But in the immediate next bill they asked for an advance rent of one month for which we denied and conveyed the same to Mr Sarvana, to which he said he would get that clarified. Few days passed and we did not receive any reply from reliance side. We contacted Mr. Saravanan immediately, we were surprised with his reply, he said “nothing can be done from my side and whatever you can do do it, i dont care” and disconnected the phone. Than we complained the same to [email protected] & customercare@relianceada. Three times i complained on the same mail ID but did not get any proper reply. For this complaint we have visited reliance communications office for about 10-15 times and more, we have been harassed by the company and also we would want to claim for all the harassment, time wastage & mental torture made by the company
I have all the details and mails made to the company and its representatives.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful and oblige.
