We have 12 connections & we have given the company a blank cheque for enabling ECS to ease payments.Despite this they have activated IVR regarding non payment on 9739077704 since past 15 days approximately & my continuous calls to Ms.Manashi,Nodal Officer on 9886018611 fell on deaf ears.
Today my outgoing has been disconnected.
