My consumer id is 3012000873. On 13th August, 2018, I have Rs. 92.07 left in my balance. With Rs. 15.90 per day, this means I have to recharge my account within 17th August. But Airtel has started to bombard my TV screen with a blackbox warning that my account is about to expire on 15th August. Also, instead of bombarding my TV screen with this blackbox every time I turn on the set top box, a more civil way to inform me would be to send an SMS to my registered mobile number.
