Sir,
I 709394-B Ex-Sgt Kaveri Ravi Shankar got discharged from IAF services on 31.10.2009 and received the Corr PPO [disability pension order] copy for which the main copy was sent to State Bank Of India [Sai Nagar Branch] Anantapur[AP] vide Lr.No.RO/2703/709394/10/09/PW(DP/RMB) dated 15 Dec 2010 under registered post RL.No.4948 dated 24 Dec 2010. And the same was got confirmed from Head Post Office Anantapur that it was delivered on 28 Dec 2010. But, today also I went to SBI Anantapur Sainagar Branch to councel onceagain but all efforts went in vain. Bank Officials told we have not received any Pension Order against Mr.Ravi Shankar. When I am approaching to my Record Office for one more copy they are saying we have not received any PPO as “UN DELIVERED” so we cannot send any more. Now, What I should do Sir? I got this disability during my Service time…Now, this is the way my services has been recognised..Past 20 months I am keep on waiting and making rounds around SBI Hindupur and SBI Anantapur branches…. Pl help me sir in this issue.
