Dear Sir,

My Vodafone no. is 9920585865 which i took few month before.

I want your attention that my no. is not activating since 20 days. previously my connection was postpaid which i converted in prepaid in that case reason for it was more amount bill.

When the same mistake was done two times it was said that the amount will be reversed in your next bill but no amount was reversed. Harassed by it i converted to prepaid.

To convert from postpaid to prepaid i deposited my all necessary document in New Panvel Vodafone center on 26th June but my documents were misplaced by Vodafone center asking for it that said your signature is mismatched but when i checked at no.9820098200 they said my document are not submitted there. after all this i deposited my next documents on 17th July at New Panvel-Vodafone center but again my documents are misplaced.

I hope so favorable reply in your side.
