Handset Not Working

I have purchase Moto G5s Plus (64GB) by Amazon. in via Purchase Order No. 408-1922364-0567558, Amazon invoice No DEL2-247290, IMEI No. 356477082272634, on date 16th Oct-17 after one week we had issue a problem (camera not working and system operating hanging, facing some other problem also) I have call in Amazon. in to replace this handset, but they are denied to replace the handset as per Amazon executive told us you go to the your nearest Motorola authorized service center.

After that I have visit the service center of your nearest Motorola service center that is (J K ELECTRONICS) Address:- J.K. Complex, Bazaar Gunj, Neem Ka Piyau, Moradabad-244001, Uttar Pradesh. The executive of J K ELECTRONICS said that ,sir handset software need to update so you have to leave that set for one day but executive not provide any kind of job sheet for this handset last 3 to 4 times within 15 days we are facing this problem after so many harassment of this service center we call us to Motorola customer service centre that is 18004196686,as per Motorola executive not helping without job sheet and J K ELECTRONICS not provide job sheet and call not attend also misbehave .

Sir within one month we are facing this kind of problem, so requested to you please looking into this matter seriously and help to us for better serve.
