Handset is not in working condition just after 3 days from purchase

I bought a brand new Spice MI-425 on 20th June 2012 in the evening. But from 23rd June morning I have been facing problem with the display of the phone. It disappears on its own and appears on its own. Whenever I try to make call or try to receive call from the phone, then also display disappears and touch gets disabled. Hence the phone is not even responding on outgoing or incoming calls.

I am unable to make calls from this phone which was sold to me as an android phone.

I went to Spice Hotspot(Sector 14, Gurgaon) from where i purchased this phone, then I went to Spice service centre(Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon) and they also found the same problem with the phone.

I went to Spice Hotspot to buy Blackberry phone but the salesman convinced me for this phone and I wasn’t even sure about the performance and reliability of spice handsets. And the same has happened with me.

This is the worst experience which somebody could get from a phone. A 1500 rs chineese phone could have been a better pick than it.

I request you to help me giving the handset back to the company and getting my INR 10,500 which I paid as the amount for its purchase. I dont want any service as I have got an unacceptable response within just 4 days from purchase.

I also have sent a mail to the company but I haven’t yet got any response from them.
