Dear Sir,
I bought a handbag from Bag “N’ Bag’Z, 56, Centrak Market, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi-24 on 27th May 2012 worth Rs.599. After using it hardly for one month, most of the bag’s parts got torned. When I approached the shop they denied any action and said that even if it was one hour after purchase, they won’t be able to help me.
Kindly look into the matter as its difficult to purchase a new bag everymonth for those who find it difficult to meet the ends of day today expenses.
