Hand Blander given to repair company is neigher returning nor answering calls

Name of company/service: Morphy Richards

Hi Consumer Forum,

I have given my Morphy Richards hand blander to company service dealer (sree services in pune – Mo 98232 95656) picked up from my home on 12th May. he assured retrun of it after service on 16th May. I keep on calling to their cal centre and this service company till now no responce we coming today tomorrow and all rubbish.

I laucnhed complain to Customer care they saide on 18th that they will get back to me on same day til now they have not get back to me>

Details of complain given 1254737 (customer care 1800226722)on 12th May 2012 on customer care till now i have not got my hand blander back.

Can you please help ???
