I have purchased a 4 star whrilpool window 1.5 ton AC on 9th june 2012 from deekay electronic,ghumar mandi chownk,ludhiana.On that day dealer do not show us the ac because it was packed nd they it was ok .but when we open the package the grill was broken.i also lodge complain through customer care of whirlpool and also through the dealer.there response was zero. but no action was taken from that side. My Complai No. is cho612017430 i have complaint many times at least 5 times daily but no any engineers have visited.I want to Replace my AC gril with.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.
