Hello,
I had tried to download some games from samsung site I was charged with the charges but I didn’t received any games.
Provided links were not working. I raised a complaint to Airtel customer care but they denied to refund the amount.
I tried to download on following dates and received the sms from Airtel :
On 26-05-2012 21.57 Hrs.i received two sms
1. Thanks for downloading 3DFormulaExtreme from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.45.00
2. Thank you for Downloading 3DFormulaExtreme,you can now download you free content within 24 hours from below url http://122.170.122.201/ig/cktrans.jsp?cid=3DFormulaExtreme
On 28-05-2012 10.40 Hrs.i received two sms
1. Thanks for downloading DLFIPL2012 from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.75.00
2. Thank you for Downloading DLFIPL2012,you can now download you free content within 24 hours from below url http://122.170.122.201/ig/cktrans.jsp?cid=DLFIPL2012
But none of urls are working.
Please help me!!!
