GPRS deactivation without notification

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Vodafone Mumbai

Vodafone Mumbai has deactivated my gprs connection from last 48 hrs.They did not even bother to inform me on a prior basis.Even after deactivating it without customer consent or request they are still charging for the service.
