Dear Sir,
This is regarding my airtel mobile no.9871713507, which is on our company name. I was using the GPRS services for last 2 years. Suddenly in june they stopped my GPRS service without any notice. I wrote to them and they told it is already activated. But it was not, i have writen to them several times but every time they say it is activated and the services are barred from their side. They told us to pay Rs.3400/ to activate the services which was paid. but all in vain, it is still deactivated.
The complete corrospodence with airtel is as given below and kindly request to take the necessary action against them.

Kindly refer to my trailing emails regarding activationn the GPRS 198 Plan on our company mobile no.9871713507, which every time you confimred that it has been activated and subsiquently we found that you did not activate due to some over use and a payment of Rs.3400/- due to pay against this.
Please note this payment already has been made on July 14th you are requested to activate Plan Name: GPRS 198 plan , Monthly Rental: Rs.198/- (Prorate) Free Data: 2GB thereafter 10p/10kb and confirm the same.
Our company will pay all the expenses for the said mobile including GPRS Services.
If it is not done this time we will have to switch over to some other service provider and take the case to consumer court.
