hello Sir,
I ordered sony ericsson xperia x10 mobile on line on naaptol.com for Rs 8750 and i received the product on 06 of july however when i opened the parcel the mobile packet was already opened and when i checked it it clearly shows that it is a second hand mobile and now when i m calling them to speak abt this they just registered a compain and told me to wait till tuesday for the call back when i told them that i want to speak to their manager abt thiss they didnot transferred my call i kept waitinf for hours and hours
Sir plz help me to get my money bk
