Gold Loan in Bank

I swarna.s W/o late Kanteeravaraju,I am having two years old daughter. Six months back in car accident my husband expired, My husband had a gold loan in one of the bank. All the plagued gold belongs to me which I got from my parents, Now I am ready to pay the gold loan amount, But bank is asking my mother-in-law signature ,But my mother-in law demanding some money to sign, now bank is telling that they will increase the interest 15%,really I don’t Know what to do please help me.I have all the proof to prove that gold(all receipts are in my father’s and my brother’s name) belongs to me, please help me [/QUOTE].In the same bank my husband had Sb account with 4 lakh rupees ,when I was in the shock and upset during that time my Brother-in-law had drawn 3 lakhs through my husband ATM without my and bank knowledge, even though bank has not taken any action on that
