I would like to inform you the experience which I have faced during buying a jewellery .
In the month of december 2011 I got a voucher worth Rs 50000.00 from the company for which we work , the gold voucher was of Gitanjali Jewellers having there showroom all over India . while going through there advertisement I found that a discount festival is going on making charges in there showroom situated in the heart of Nagpur city .
On 10th December 2011 I visited there showroom along with my wife and selected a gold chain from the store , it hardly took 10 minutes to choose and we directly went to the cash counter and showed the voucher , there we were informed by the cashier that on voucher they will not be giving any discount on making charges as was mentioned in the advertisement. We paid the amount of Rs 64782.00 which includes the making charges of Rs 7876.87

After 5 days it was taken to the store as it broke
22.12.11 Paid for repairing charges Rs 750.00
again it got broke after taking the delivery from them they repaired free of cost .
Now the chain is kept with me and I cannot wear it as I fear that it might brake.
After this incident I have immediately informed the company person on mail but it is very amazing that he had never called me up , finally I had to call him up some two days ago and he informed me the company is ready to change the gold chain but I have to pay them making charges , after requesting them several times they have informed me that we will waive the making charges to 50%.
Sir I would like to know from you that in my case what can I do , please inform me .
