GOibibo Cheated Me

Hi All,

I want to highlight an issue here in this forum.

I had booked a ticket from Goibibo.com on 8th April 2012.
The Flight ( Kingfisher ) was from Bagdogra to Delhi
The details of my bookings are as following :

My Ticket no is : 090-9093601448
Airline : Kingfisher
PNR: CNABYG
Name : ROSHAN SHARMA

Right before one week of flying i got an SMS from Kingfisher saying my Flight has been cancelled and my money i.e 2406 as promised will be refunded completely.

Now After that its been more than 2 months time and nothing is happening I am simply pushed from one party to the another between goibibo and kingfisher.

This is truly very disgusting and the website goibibo which has its registered office in Gurgoan is playing a Cheap business.

Please highlight this issue as this is completely injustice happening.

    Hi Goibibo Team,

    Thanks for the replying.

    Your executive did call me on 19th June 2012, i was explaining him the whole story but the call got disconnected.

    He did not call me up and when i tried calling him up the call was not answered.

    I dont know whether the call was to assist me in getting justice or just to humiliate me more.

    Please do the needful do have some customer friendly policies so that their grievances are addressed and answers on priority.

    Hi Goibibo Team,

    This has extremely frustrating that I am not getting any response from your side.

    I would like to highlight this to the concerned department and take neccessary action Goibibo on priority.

    This is a very cheap strategy they are following which is based on fooling people and playing cheap and dirty tantrums.
